Experienced Construction Manager in Lisbon

Our construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all stages of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project plans are followed and deadlines are met
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure projects stay on track and within budget
- Hire and supervise construction workers, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and work efficiently
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents
- Own visa or work permit for employment in Lisbon
