Head Baker
We are searching for a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all baking operations in our bakery. This is a full-time position suitable for men with prior experience in a bakery setting.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the baking process, from preparation to presentation
- Create new and innovative recipes while also maintaining traditional favorites
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise junior bakers
- Ensure quality control and adherence to food safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a baker in a professional kitchen or bakery
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes
- Ability to manage inventory and order supplies efficiently
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in training and supervising staff
- Biometric passport required for employment

Salary:
$1200 per month
