Job Title: Land Surveyor



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, preparing maps and reports, and providing accurate data for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS, and surveying software
- Measure and record precise coordinates of property boundaries, topography, and existing structures
- Analyze survey data to create maps, reports, and other documents
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure accuracy of survey data by performing quality control checks
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in land surveying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in the use of total stations, GPS equipment, and surveying software
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for interpreting survey data
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
$1100 per month
