Job Title: Plasterer


We are a construction company based in Almada and we are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$. We welcome applicants of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper, cleaning and sanding the surface
- Mix plaster materials according to specifications
- Apply plaster evenly and smoothly using hand tools or spray equipment
- Create decorative textures and designs using various techniques
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in the plaster
- Ensure work is completed within deadlines and meets quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate projects and troubleshoot issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail in order to achieve smooth finishes
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting heavy equipment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in plastering or related field
- Experience with decorative plastering techniques such as stucco or Venetian plaster
- Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques
