Roofer Supervisor


As a Roofer Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of a team of roofers in Horsens. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all roofing projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing the team's schedule and budget, ordering materials, and communicating with clients.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience as a roofer and 1 year of experience in a supervisory role. You should have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively delegate tasks to your team members. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of roofers in their daily activities
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed
- Oversee the completion of roofing projects within budget and on schedule
- Order materials and equipment as needed
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Train new team members on proper roofing techniques and safety procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience as a roofer
- 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of roofing materials and techniques
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Must be physically fit and able to carry heavy materials
