Personal Trainer


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans and leading clients through individualized workouts to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and consultations with clients to determine their fitness level and goals
- Design and implement personalized fitness plans based on individual needs and goals
- Lead clients through safe, effective, and challenging workouts
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments as needed
- Educate clients on proper exercise form and techniques to prevent injury
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle habits to support overall health and wellness
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and sessions

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience in the fitness industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others reach their fitness goals
- Knowledge of various training techniques, equipment, and nutrition principles
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual needs and goals
- Strong motivational skills to keep clients engaged and motivated during sessions

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. We are particularly interested in candidates from India who are looking for opportunities abroad. Please note that fluency in English is preferred but not mandatory as we have a diverse clientele with varying language preferences. However, we do require strong verbal communication skills in order to effectively coach our clients.
