We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to company standards
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate various coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Stock and restock coffee supplies as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about ordering needs
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced register
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers based on their preferences

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team player who is willing to assist colleagues when needed
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, brewing methods, etc.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

Other Requirements:
This is a temporary position that may lead to permanent employment for the right candidate. A biometric passport is required for this role. Recent graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
