We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via online channels such as chat, email, and social media
- Understand client needs and provide effective solutions and recommendations
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely response to inquiries and requests
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new developments in order to provide accurate information to clients
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and customer experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with technology and proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
