Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by developing and implementing strategic sales plans for the hotel. You will oversee the sales team and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Your main duties will include identifying potential clients, maintaining existing relationships, and negotiating contracts. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members. This position requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions. A successful candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales or a related field, along with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a full-time position in Esbjerg, with no accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to generate new business
- Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure bookings for the hotel
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support when needed
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including forecasts and analysis
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Experience managing a team is preferred
- Fluent in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Must be eligible to work in Denmark without sponsorship

Salary: 1400$ per month
