A reputable bakery in Sharjah, UAE is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to our recipes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters for breads, pastries, and desserts
- Shape and mold dough according to specific recipes
- Bake products in ovens or other baking equipment
- Decorate and finish products with glazes, icings, fillings, or other toppings
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper cooking times and temperatures are met
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for baking
- Clean and maintain baking equipment
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery setting is required
- Knowledge of different types of breads, pastries, and desserts is necessary
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes if needed
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining product quality
- Excellent time management skills to ensure products are baked on schedule
