The Network and Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing the daily operations and maintenance of the organization's network and systems infrastructure. This individual will ensure the smooth functioning of network and systems operations, troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Maintain server infrastructure including hardware, operating systems, and applications
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure data security and disaster recovery
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and other system access controls
- Perform upgrades to hardware and software as needed to improve system performance
- Develop and implement network security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Provide technical support to end-users for network or system related issues
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Proficient in networking concepts such as TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN management, DNS/DHCP services
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMWare or Hyper-V
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills in English (French/German is a plus)

1400$ per month
