Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings and spaces. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. This role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and budget
- Develop design concepts that meet the client's needs and comply with building regulations
- Create detailed drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility of designs
- Research new materials, technologies, and construction methods
- Prepare project proposals, presentations, and reports
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are executed accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month. Accommodation will not be provided. Freshers are welcome to apply but experience in commercial architecture is preferred. Canadians or Malayalees are encouraged to apply for this position based in Beer-Sheva. Fluency in English is required for this role.
