Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings in Beer-Sheva. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans and drawings, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and budget, and coordinating with contractors and other professionals. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of commercial architecture principles, as well as excellent design skills and attention to detail. You should also possess excellent communication and project management abilities. Prior experience in commercial architecture is preferred but not required.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month. As this is a job for Indians, knowledge of Indian architectural styles and building materials is highly preferred. However, candidates of any nationality with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Please note that this job does not require fluency in English. However, basic English communication skills will be necessary for collaborating with clients and other professionals.
