Executive Chef - Filipino Cuisine (Ar Rumaythiyah)



We are in search of a talented and experienced Executive Chef with a passion for Filipino cuisine to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu creation and food preparation to managing kitchen staff and ensuring food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and authentic Filipino dishes that align with our restaurant's vision and standards
- Manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items or special promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting, preferably with a focus on Filipino cuisine
- Strong knowledge of Filipino ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavors
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Ability to create menus that balance creativity, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards for food quality and presentation
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain health code compliance
- Fluent in English (Tagalog proficiency is a plus)

Salary: $1200 per month
