Factory Machine Operator

Our manufacturing company in Zagreb is seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in our production process. They must have excellent mechanical skills and be able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain factory machines such as pressers, cutters, and sewing machines
- Monitor machines for any malfunctions or errors
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic repairs as needed
- Ensure quality control standards are met by inspecting products during production
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or defects
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other team members to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a factory setting
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions
- Experience with using various hand tools is a plus
