Rental Operations Coordinator
We are a fast-growing rental company based in Zagreb, seeking an experienced Rental Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Rental Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our rental operations, including managing inventory, coordinating bookings and reservations, and ensuring smooth and efficient service for our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the rental industry and excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure all equipment is maintained and serviced regularly
- Coordinate bookings and reservations from various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online platforms
- Communicate with customers to confirm bookings, provide information about rentals, and handle any inquiries or concerns
- Schedule pickups and drop-offs of rental equipment according to customer needs
- Oversee the maintenance of rental equipment to ensure it is in good working condition at all times
- Monitor rental prices to ensure they are competitive within the market
- Create reports on rental operations including revenue, sales, and customer feedback
- Train new employees on rental procedures and policies

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the rental industry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficient in using computer software for reservations and inventory management
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian nationals or have experience working with Indian customers. Part-time positions may also be available for candidates who require their own visa.
