Executive Chef - Pakistani Cuisine (Contract)

We are seeking a talented and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Eschen. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of dishes are served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and design menus that reflect authentic Pakistani cuisine
- Source fresh, high-quality ingredients and maintain inventory levels
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Create and maintain standard recipes and portion sizes
- Monitor food costs and budget accordingly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine
- Strong knowledge of traditional Pakistani dishes, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Salary: 1400$ per month
