Junior Architectural Designer

As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers to assist in the development and execution of architectural plans for various projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior designers in creating detailed architectural plans
- Collaborate with team members to develop design concepts
- Utilize software (such as AutoCAD or SketchUp) to create 2D and 3D drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and information for projects
- Participate in meetings with clients and contractors
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in architecture or design field
- Proficiency in Revit or other BIM software
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
