We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, cutting, and shaping various materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and instructions
- Load materials into the machine and adjust settings as needed
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of output
- Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance on machines when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a CNC Operator
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Experience with various CNC machines such as lathes, mills, or routers
- Knowledge of programming languages used in CNC machining is a plus
- Must have own visa to work in Croatia (non-EU citizens may apply)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
