We are in search of a talented and dynamic Executive Chef to join our team at a temporary position in Isa Town, Bahrain. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food production and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement menus that reflect the latest food trends and meet the dietary needs of our guests
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking, plating, and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operation
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper techniques, safety procedures, and menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Manage food costs by minimizing waste and controlling portion sizes
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with flavors and creating unique dishes
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required

We offer competitive compensation of 1000$ per week for this temporary position. As this is a temporary role, accommodation will not be provided. However, we are happy to assist with visa sponsorship if needed.
