Entry Level Welder


We are hiring an Entry Level Welder to join our team in Lom. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1500$. As an Entry Level Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication duties in accordance with company standards and procedures. You will work with various metals and welding techniques to assemble and fabricate structures, equipment, and components. This position does not require prior experience, but basic knowledge of welding is preferred. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport and be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various tools and techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Select appropriate materials based on project requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks effectively

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification in welding or related field
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Physical dexterity for handling tools and materials
- Attention to detail for ensuring accuracy in work
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Valid biometric passport
