We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings and structures, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients while adhering to building codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients, contractors, engineers, and other professionals to bring projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure designs meet safety standards and building codes
- Develop project budgets and timelines, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed
- Oversee construction process to ensure designs are being followed accurately
- Conduct site visits to gather information and monitor progress on projects
- Research new materials, techniques, and technology to incorporate into designs
- Communicate regularly with clients to update them on project progress and address any concerns or changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively
