Entry-Level Database Administrator in Las Vegas


We are seeking an Entry-Level Database Administrator to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases, ensuring their security and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure database software
- Create and maintain databases according to company needs
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data security and integrity through regular backups and updates
- Collaborate with IT team to implement new features and enhancements
- Train employees on proper database usage and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Basic knowledge of database languages such as SQL, Oracle, or MySQL
- Familiarity with database management systems (DBMS)
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Las Vegas, NV (open to remote work for exceptional candidates)
