Plasterer Assistant

We are in need of a hardworking and dedicated Plasterer Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Plasterer Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced Plasterers in preparing surfaces and applying plaster materials to create smooth and level finishes on walls, ceilings, and other structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, suitable for Indians looking for English-speaking jobs without prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Plasterers in preparing surfaces by cleaning, scraping, and sanding as needed
- Mix plaster materials according to instructions or specifications
- Apply plaster using trowels, brushes or spray guns
- Smooth out uneven areas and remove excess material
- Use hand tools and power tools to shape and finish plaster surfaces
- Repair damaged or cracked plaster on existing structures
- Work with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn from experienced Plasterers
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
