Instrument Technician

As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of instruments and equipment used in the industrial setting. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge and proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems. You will work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure the proper functioning of instruments and equipment. Located in Eschen, this is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on instruments and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with instruments and equipment
- Perform repairs on faulty instruments and equipment
- Calibrate instruments according to specifications
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Communicate with engineers to understand instrument requirements
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete tasks efficiently
- Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies related to instrumentation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical components
- Knowledge of safety procedures when working with instruments
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment

Preferred:
- Associate's degree in a related field
- Experience working in an industrial setting
- Familiarity with PLCs (programmable logic controllers)
