IT Manager - Karachi, Pakistan

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of information technology in our company. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks, while also staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements. This role requires strong technical knowledge and excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability
- Manage the budget for IT resources and make recommendations for necessary upgrades or investments
- Stay updated on new technology trends and advise on potential benefits or risks to the company
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and find solutions that improve their efficiency
- Monitor system performance to identify any issues or areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Proven experience in an IT management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and software applications
- Ability to lead a team effectively with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in budget management and making strategic recommendations for IT investments
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA is a plus

Salary:
We are offering a salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi, Pakistan. However, remote work options may be available depending on the candidate's location.

Experience Required:
At least 2 years of experience in an IT management role is required for this position.
