Executive Chef - Culinary Mastermind in Karachi

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations in our upscale restaurant in Karachi. Your creativity, passion for food, and leadership skills will be put to the test as you create and execute menus that delight our guests and keep them coming back for more. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, purchasing ingredients, and maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (knowledge of local language is a plus)
- Must have a valid visa or be eligible for a work visa in Karachi

Salary: $900 per month
