Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Braga. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients in resolving computer hardware and software issues. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and problem-solving to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new computers and equipment for clients
- Train clients on how to use new hardware or software systems
- Keep track of all client interactions and document solutions in our database
- Collaborate with other team members to solve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems effectively
- Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry developments

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Braga, Portugal (accommodation provided if needed)

Contract type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Note: This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates without prior work experience. However, experience in customer service or IT support is a plus.
