Senior Architect - Contract (Almada, Portugal)


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Almada, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, planning, and construction of various projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to project completion
- Develop and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on their projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and collaborate with team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this contract position.

Location:
