Office Assistant - Contract Position (US Citizens Preferred)
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering when necessary
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail
- Filing and organizing documents
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Performing data entry tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- US citizen preferred, but not required
Salary:
Starting at $1300 per month.

This position is located in the US.
