Sales Manager (Indian Nationals)



As a Sales Manager for our company in Doha, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This is an opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a drive to succeed. We are specifically looking for Indian nationals who are fluent in English and able to work without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify potential clients and build long-term relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support
- Review sales performance data and provide reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with fluency in English
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
