Temporary Executive Chef - Al-Malikiyah
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Temporary Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Temporary Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation and high-quality food production
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain food safety standards and ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed
- Collaborate with management to create cost-effective menus while maintaining quality
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor portion control to minimize waste and control costs
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns regarding food quality or service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with staff, customers, and management
- In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and flavor combinations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays if needed
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Al-Malikiyah (visa sponsorship available for non-residents)
