Job Title: Executive Chef



We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff. You will also be responsible for creating and developing new menu items, ensuring quality control and food safety standards, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating and presentation.
- Develop new menu items and regularly review and update menus based on seasonal availability and customer feedback.
- Create recipes and train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques.
- Ensure all food is prepared to high quality standards and in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Ability to create innovative menu items while also maintaining classic dishes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations.
- Biometric passport (preferred).
- Must be willing to relocate to Al-Malikiyah.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.
