Administrator for Education Institution (Nepali Speaker)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our education institution located in Dickirch. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the institution, ensuring smooth functioning and promoting a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and correspondence
- Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure smooth functioning of classes and events
- Oversee student enrollment, registration, and graduation processes
- Maintain accurate records of student information and academic progress
- Prepare reports on institutional performance for management review
- Handle inquiries from students, parents, and external parties in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with budgeting and financial management of the institution
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute school events
Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali (spoken and written)
- Experience in administration or office management (education sector preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be legally authorized to work in Dickirch
This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate. This role is suitable for students or individuals looking for part-time work.
