Part-Time Administrator
As a Part-Time Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a part-time position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining files
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluency in English is required
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional qualifications in office administration or related field are preferred.
Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1000 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Dickirch, however remote work may be possible for the right candidate.
