Data Mining Specialist

As a Data Mining Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions. You will work closely with various departments and teams to gather and organize data, develop algorithms and models, and present your findings in a clear and actionable manner. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and creatively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Use data mining tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights
- Develop algorithms and models to analyze data and identify patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner through reports, visualizations, or presentations
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in data mining or analysis
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Attention to detail with the ability to work with large datasets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner

Location: This position is based in Ufa but can be done remotely.

Salary: Starting at 1300$ per month.
