Online Consultant for Filipinos in Jerusalem

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Filipino clients through online platforms. This position is open to Filipinos who do not have prior experience or English proficiency, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Filipino clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding our products and services
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients in a professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve client issues effectively
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred, but not required
- Fluent in Tagalog or other Philippine languages
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus but not necessary
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Computer literate with knowledge of online communication platforms

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Jerusalem (free visa and ticket will be provided)
