Computer Support Specialist
As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users of computer hardware, software and peripherals. You will use your knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as provide ongoing maintenance and support for computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems
- Install and configure new hardware and software
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to solve complex issues
- Keep track of all support requests and document solutions for future reference
- Train users on new technologies or software applications
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, peripherals and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month.
