Data Analytics Specialist



As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data analysis and insights. Your main responsibility will be to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that will inform strategic decision-making. This position requires someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of data analytics tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and clean large datasets from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and patterns
- Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Develop models and algorithms to predict future trends and outcomes
- Continuously monitor data quality, identifying any issues or anomalies
- Stay updated on new developments in the field of data analytics and implement best practices within the organization

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Proven experience in data analysis or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Herning (remote work may be considered)

Working hours: Full-time
