We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in the charming city of Vianden, Luxembourg. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations at our hotel, including menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$, and we welcome applications from both local and international candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menus that reflect the hotel's brand and meet guest expectations
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency
- Manage inventory and control costs to meet budgetary requirements
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing ongoing support and guidance
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the hotel
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into our menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent education/training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to create innovative menus that cater to different dietary preferences/requirements
- Good communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
