Construction Project Manager


A reputable construction company in Jizan is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed within deadlines and budget constraints
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate project updates regularly to senior management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, expenses, and any changes made throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis with potential for permanent employment
