Job Title: Pastry Chef - Manama, Bahrain


We are in need of a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team at our renowned restaurant in Manama, Bahrain. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods. You must have a strong culinary background and experience in creating delicious and visually appealing desserts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare various desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to the restaurant's menu
- Develop new recipes and techniques to enhance the menu offerings
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained in all aspects of food preparation
- Train and mentor junior pastry chefs
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu items that complement the main dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or relevant role
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Extensive knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- In-depth understanding of ingredients, flavor combinations, and presentation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate team members
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- A creative mind with an eye for detail
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Salary:
