Office Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Bansko. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office. This is a full-time position and we welcome applications from Indian nationals and women.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Keep track of expenses and prepare expense reports.
- Perform reception duties when needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1600 per month.

This position is located in Bansko β a beautiful mountain town in Bulgaria with various outdoor activities all year round.
