IT Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As our IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology operations and systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and implement innovative solutions to improve our overall IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the company's technology strategy, including hardware, software, and networks
- Oversee all aspects of IT operations, including system maintenance, upgrades, security, and troubleshooting
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation if beneficial for the company
- Ensure all systems are properly backed up and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our systems remain competitive

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, software applications, security protocols, cloud computing.
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience managing a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Salary: 1600$ per month.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Candidates must be Indian nationals).

Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours/week) without accommodation.
