As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's products are effectively displayed and promoted in retail stores. Your main goal will be to increase sales and brand awareness through strategic placement and presentation of products.

Your primary duties will include creating visually appealing displays, organizing and stocking shelves, and conducting regular audits of product inventory. You will also work closely with store managers to negotiate optimal product placement and promotions.

To excel in this role, you must have a keen eye for design and an understanding of consumer behavior. You should also possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with store personnel and provide them with product training when necessary.
