IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining and updating hardware and software systems, and providing training to clients on new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new hardware and software systems
- Maintain and update existing systems
- Provide training to clients on new technologies
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall system performance
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking concepts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Izhevsk, Russia. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Russian candidates.
