Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Jerusalem, specializing in Indian cuisine. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop authentic Indian dishes for our menu
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory management and cost control
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure all dishes meet quality standards before being served to guests
- Collaborate with management in developing new menu items and specials
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage kitchen staff effectively
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation or English language proficiency
