Job Title: Data Analytics Specialist

We are hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in Kaunas, providing opportunities for Pakistani and Egyptian professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data and presenting insights to drive business decisions. This is an English speaking position with a salary of 1100$ per month on a contract basis. No prior experience is required, but accommodation will be provided and candidates must have their own valid visa. This position is open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting, organizing and analyzing large sets of data using various tools and techniques
- Identifying patterns and trends in the data to provide insights for business decisions
- Creating visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement through data analysis
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
