We are in need of a skilled Puncher to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for creating holes and indentations in metal or other materials using hand tools or machines. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use hand tools or machines to punch holes in metal or other materials according to specifications
- Measure and mark material for punching locations
- Operate equipment such as power press machines, punch presses, and pneumatic hammers
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a Puncher or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of punches and their uses
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CNC punching machines
- Certification in welding or metal fabrication
