Housekeeping Specialist

We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Specialist to join our team in Malindi. As a Housekeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes. You will work closely with the clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, and ensure that their homes are kept neat, tidy, and hygienic.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
- Ensure all surfaces are wiped down and disinfected regularly.
- Change bed linens and make beds.
- Do laundry, ironing, and folding of clothes.
- Organize closets and cabinets.
- Stock household supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing duties.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically able to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time.

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
